Description
The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking a fully serviced lease within the Bismarck city limits for 17,722 ABOA square feet of office space, 3,560 ABOA square feet of collocated warehouse space, laboratory space, and a 3,750 ABOA-square-foot secured outdoor wareyard adjacent to the facility. The requirement includes 27 surface parking spaces and supports field operations, equipment and supply storage, and vehicle and trailer storage. Locations that facilitate coordination with other natural resource agencies are preferred. Offered space must meet government fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements and may not be located in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. The lease has a 10-year full term with a 5-year firm term and no option term. The notice is a re-advertisement providing additional detail about the warehouse, laboratory, and secured wareyard requirements; the government is considering alternative space because its current lease is expiring and will evaluate economic advantages, including relocation and tenant-improvement costs.
