Description
Connecticut's Office of Early Childhood is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide evidence-based home visiting services that improve maternal, infant, and early childhood outcomes for families statewide. Multiple awards are anticipated, with at least one award in each of six Connecticut Home Visiting regions. Up to $119,675,825 is available over five years, with a minimum of $3 million per year allocated to each region. The solicitation requires providers to implement an OEC-approved evidence-based model, support prenatal caregivers and families with infants, recruit and retain qualified staff, conduct outreach and enrollment, provide home visits and family groups, perform screenings and referrals, coordinate community resources, participate in centralized intake and referral, maintain required data, and meet reporting, evaluation, model-fidelity, and continuous-quality-improvement requirements.
