Description
Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health is soliciting proposals for the Community Engagement and Impact initiative under its Opioid Response and Overdose Prevention Initiative. The selected proposer(s) will provide community-centered behavioral health and wellness services, including outreach to underserved populations, culturally and linguistically responsive programming, harm-reduction and recovery pathways, community partnerships, education and stigma reduction, data collection, reporting, training participation, site visits, audits, and client satisfaction surveys. Proposals must address the requested service approach, target populations, community need, organizational experience and qualifications, staffing, partnerships, sustainability, outcomes, oversight, and detailed budgets. The County has up to $175,000 available for two or more projects. The anticipated initial term is 12 months beginning on or about January 1, 2027, with up to two additional one-year renewal terms. Required proposal materials include the proposer certification, narrative responses, budget forms and justification, and Schedules C through J certifications and questionnaires.
