Description
The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Pakistan, plans to procure attorney services to assist with the disposal of properties in Peshawar, Pakistan. The anticipated contract will be firm-fixed-price and indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), with a one-year base period and one one-year option period. This is a presolicitation notice; the solicitation has not yet been issued. Electronic responses will be accepted when the solicitation is advertised, with a stated 30 MB email limit. The Government may award based on the initial offer without discussions. Successful offerors and, when applicable, subcontractors must pass contractor vetting, and may be required to submit DS Form 4184 risk-analysis information through a secure web portal.
