Description
The Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority is establishing a pre-qualified panel of law firms and legal staffing companies to provide on-call legal services as needs arise. Firms may propose for one, multiple, or all listed practice areas, including real estate, construction, public finance, labor and employment, litigation and government entity representation, insurance and risk management, information technology and cybersecurity, intellectual property, corporate governance, and constitutional law. The solicitation requires a technical proposal and a separately submitted fee schedule. Technical proposals must include the completed Proposal Submission Packet, financial statements or the most recent tax return, an IRS W-9, professional biographies for key personnel, any contract exceptions, references, and required responsibility, non-collusion, procurement-law, diversity, and certification forms. Selected firms must be able to provide timely in-person legal services and, where applicable, attorneys admitted to practice in New York. The anticipated panel duration is three years, with two additional one-year extension options; no minimum volume or value of assignments is guaranteed.
