Description
The City of Aurora is soliciting construction services for Aurora Park utility improvements. The work includes extensions of underground sanitary sewer, water main, and natural gas utilities; installation of a new 1.6 sanitary pumping station at the Aurora Park site; rehabilitation of the existing Marketplace at Four Corners Pump Station; and related utility infrastructure, site grading, and restoration work. The engineer's estimate is $7,500,000. Bids must be submitted electronically through Bid Express by September 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT. Electronic signature is required. A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for September 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM at 65 W. Pioneer Trail, Aurora, Ohio 44202. The city will not accept questions concerning contractual language or specification details after September 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM, although the Q&A module will remain open thereafter without a response obligation.
