Description
Park City Municipal Corporation is soliciting construction services to install two owner-furnished Cleverciti variable message signs at designated roadside locations. The contractor must provide and install foundations, bases, breakaway posts, mounting hardware, conduit, wiring, breakers, junction boxes, and other materials needed to connect each sign to an existing owner-controlled power meter. The signs themselves are furnished by the City. Bidders must price both bid schedules, which differ by substantial-completion deadline, and all listed additive alternate items for conduit and junction-box infrastructure for future fiber connections; fiber strands are excluded. The bid must include evidence of current Utah contractor licenses, a current experience modification rate below 0.90, three similar completed projects within the last five years with a base conduit scope exceeding 500 linear feet, a proposed subcontractor list, a contractor qualification sheet, and a bid bond equal to 5% of the maximum bid price. A completed Business Confidentiality Request Form is required with the bid. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds after award.
