Description
The City seeks qualified electrical contractors to provide on-call routine repairs and maintenance for its facilities. Work includes diagnosing and repairing electrical issues; installing, replacing, and repairing wiring, outlets, fixtures, and lighting; panel upgrades and breaker replacement; troubleshooting; and preventive maintenance. The contractor must provide the personnel, labor, materials, equipment, and expertise needed to perform the work in compliance with applicable codes and standards. Larger construction projects and large-scale repairs or replacements may be separately competitively bid. Proposals must include a company history, technical proposal sections addressing experience, solution, and risk, and pricing on the bid worksheet. The technical sections have page limits of three pages each, and experience may include up to four references. The solicitation also lists an Insurance Requirements Form, Bid Response Form, Addendum Acknowledgement Form, and Bid Worksheet. The contract is an annual term beginning October 1, 2026, with up to four additional one-year renewal options.
