Description
The United Nations Development Programme seeks a contractor to supply, install, test, and commission a complete electrical interconnection system for three specialized workshops: Industrial Electricity, Metalworking, and Industrial Maintenance. The work includes new and modified electrical panels and load centers, breakers and protective devices, conduits and feeders, grounding, outlets, transient voltage surge suppressors, and associated civil repairs. Equipment and materials must be new and meet the technical specifications and applicable standards. The contractor must perform field verification and installation, provide testing and commissioning, and deliver technical documentation, as-built drawings, equipment manuals, and operator training. The proposal must include a technical offer with a work methodology (maximum 10 pages), preliminary schedule, equipment data sheets and catalogs, and a completed technical compliance matrix. The solicitation also requires company registration and qualification records, relevant project experience and references, financial-capacity evidence, and a designated qualified resident engineer. The contract duration is 105 calendar days; the stated duration includes 75 calendar days for final delivery and 30 days for payment processing.
