Description

Napa County is soliciting construction services for the Fifth Street Garage Security Project. The work consists of installing owner-furnished security cameras and performing associated electrical and low-voltage work, including conduit, cabling, enclosures, junction boxes, mounts, accessories, testing, and connection to the County-provided network switch. The parking garage will remain operational during construction, requiring coordination for access and compliance with specified working hours. The engineer's estimate is $130,000. Bidders must possess a California Class C-10 license at contract award and comply with California prevailing-wage and public-works registration requirements. The contractor must complete the work within 30 working days after the Notice to Proceed, beginning within 15 calendar days after issuance.
