Description
The City of Somers Point is seeking proposals for HVAC services for the period January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Proposers must describe their experience and reputation, knowledge of the City and the subject matter, and proposed compensation structure, which may include individual job pricing, list pricing, cost-plus markup, discounts, or a combination of methods. The City may make multiple awards and may request formal presentations from selected candidates. Proposals must include at least three references and indicate the proposer’s years in business and approximate number of years doing business with the City. The selected contractor must comply with mandatory Equal Opportunity requirements and indemnification obligations during contract performance.
