Description
Philadelphia Gas Works is requesting pricing for an as-needed contract purchase order covering rental of cranes, boom lifts, dump trucks, Gradalls, backhoes/loaders, and other heavy equipment. Equipment may be rented on daily, weekly, or monthly terms, and quoted rates must include rental, registration, service, maintenance, and other charges; delivery and pickup may be quoted separately. Rentals may be required within 24 hours of request, and bidders must provide lead times for all items. The contract is intended to support multiple Philadelphia Gas Works locations and will result in primary and secondary awards to separate vendors. The initial term runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewal terms. The awarded supplier must perform required maintenance at the rental site at no charge to Philadelphia Gas Works. Bidders must submit pricing for all listed items and complete, sign, and return the required bid documents without taking exceptions to the specifications or terms.
