Description
The U.S. Army seeks a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide five 40-foot and three 20-foot refrigerated units with power generation in support of the JPMRC 27-01 training rotation. The scope includes furnishing all personnel, equipment, transportation, power sources, cabling and accessories; delivery, setup, securing, continuous 24-hour cold storage, servicing, preventative maintenance, repairs, pickup, removal, and cleanup. Units must maintain 0°C and provide at least 23 cubic meters of internal cooling space. The contractor must provide continuous generator operation, respond to identified repairs within 24 hours and emergencies within three hours, and remove equipment no later than 1700 on the day after the performance period ends. Quotes must include complete pricing for all CLINs, a technical approach, the completed vendor information form, and recent and relevant experience information for up to two contracts.
