Description
The Regional Water Resource Agency (RWRA) is soliciting bids for five (5) new model year 2026 half-ton pickup trucks. These trucks must be from the bidder's stock and available for immediate delivery or pickup. The trucks are specified as 4WD, extended cab, standard bed, with a minimum 6' bed length. Key features include a turbocharged V6 or V8 gasoline engine, an 8-speed automatic transmission, electronic locking axle, power windows and locks, cruise control, AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth, rearview camera, air conditioning, and a trailer tow package. Specific color options are Sterling Grey Metallic, Ingot Silver, Iconic Silver, or Celestial Silver Metallic. The RWRA prefers trucks with a reverse audible alarm, pre-installed hitch, accessory upfitter package with integrated switches, and a Class IV hitch. All proposed units must meet or exceed the detailed specifications provided. Bidders must include manufacturer's product literature and build sheets or window stickers with their submission. Pricing must remain firm for at least sixty (60) days after bid opening.
