Description
This is a Sources Sought announcement from the Department of Veterans Affairs for information and planning purposes only. The Marion VA Medical Center requires tri-annual electrical maintenance, inspection, and testing of various electrical components, including electrical panels, transformers, switches, generators, and automatic transfer switches. The work must be performed in accordance with International Electrical Testing Association (NETA) standards and applicable codes. Much of the work will require after-hours or weekend performance due to hospital operations. The estimated project cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Contractors must demonstrate experience in similar projects, possess relevant certifications, and provide a detailed quality control plan and proposed schedule. Specific testing procedures, reporting requirements, and safety protocols are outlined in the Statement of Work.
