Description
The Gilpin Ambulance Authority seeks end-to-end ambulance billing and accounts receivable management services. The scope includes submitting claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers; interfacing with its First Due electronic patient care reporting system; following up on claims and managing denials and appeals; and handling patient billing, collections, and payment plans. The vendor must provide monthly collection, outstanding-account, and performance reporting; maintain compliance with applicable regulations, including HIPAA; train authority staff on billing documentation; and provide consultation on billing and collection procedures. The proposal must include separate technical and price documents, with the technical proposal addressing company experience, references, approach, technology, compliance, training, and comments or requested revisions to the Services Agreement. Pricing should state the fee structure and provide a complete cost breakdown.
