Description
The City is gathering market information to assess its current technology environment, centered on JD Edwards 9.2.8, and inform future modernization, optimization, or replacement planning. The requested information covers ERP and human capital management capabilities across finance, budgeting, purchasing, accounts payable and receivable, grants, assets, HR, recruiting, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and related technical functions such as reporting, integrations, workflow, security, records management, and mobile access. Respondents are asked to complete the attached workbook with module and functionality availability, recommended implementation phasing and timelines, low- and high-range SaaS and implementation cost estimates, recurring and optional costs, and answers to informational questions. The City also requests estimates of implementation staffing and resource demands, change management, data conversion, training, support, and related approaches. This is an information-gathering exercise only: the City will not award a contract or pay response-preparation costs based on this RFI, and responses must not include actual quotes or bids.
