Description
Texas Woman’s University seeks proposals from one or more financial institutions for depository and banking services for its university system. Required capabilities include commercial checking and controlled disbursements for operating and payroll accounts; money market, custodial, and zero-balance sweep arrangements; online banking and reporting; ACH, wire, and other payment services; positive pay and reconciliation; deposit and remote deposit services; merchant services; and securities safekeeping and collateral management. Proposals must include pricing for the requested services and describe the bank’s capabilities, procedures, and proposed account structure. Respondents must provide a proposal containing the requested background, questionnaire responses, fee schedule, scope and program overview, applicable insurance and bond information, W-9, and completed execution and affirmation materials. The proposal must also include a table of contents, sample bank statements and reconciliation statements, references from three comparable Texas public entity clients, relevant agreements, an implementation timeline, and other specified supporting information. Attachment A is the schedule of proposed fees, and Attachment B requests historical rates. The contract has an initial three-year term with one optional one-year renewal; the stated initial term begins September 1, 2027.
