Description
Boulder County Public Health seeks a temporary staffing agency to provide a Grants Accountant to support its Grants Team under the Grants Manager. Duties include preparing and updating monthly grant budget-to-actual reports; performing basic account reconciliations and researching discrepancies; tracking grant expenditures, revenues, and payments; maintaining financial spreadsheets and supporting documentation; assisting with grant invoicing and routine accounting entries; and providing general accounting and administrative support. The candidate must have at least one year of accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations. An associate or bachelor's degree and experience in grant or governmental accounting, financial reporting, or Oracle or similar systems are preferred. The proposal must include a detailed project schedule with an all-inclusive total cost, three similar-project references completed within the last three years with contact information, and required vendor information. A Certificate of Insurance is required with the proposal; the solicitation also specifies insurance coverage requirements. The online submission includes required forms and questionnaire responses.
