Description
The City seeks a qualified firm to identify, investigate, pursue, negotiate, and recover funds from responsible third parties for workers' compensation, automobile liability, property, general liability, and other eligible claims. Services include claim screening and liability analysis; investigation and recovery efforts; settlement negotiation, demand preparation, arbitration, and litigation coordination; deductible recovery; and specialized workers' compensation subrogation support. The contractor must provide at least three committed recovery specialists, secure claims-management technology, electronic claim assignment and file-transfer capabilities, web-based claim access, and regular reporting.
