Description
Humble Independent School District is establishing a pool of qualified restaurant, food, and catering vendors to support district-wide events, school functions, administrative meetings, staff development days, field trips, and other programs on an as-needed basis. The scope includes on-site food preparation and service, boxed meals, buffet and plated meals, beverage service excluding alcohol, serving equipment and dinnerware, event setup and cleanup, delivery, flexible ordering, and menu options accommodating dietary needs such as gluten-free, dairy-free, allergen-free, vegetarian, and vegan selections. Vendors should be able to support events ranging from small gatherings to large-scale functions across multiple district locations and offer varied cuisine options. Responses are submitted through the district's online bidding system and must include menu(s) with pricing, applicable food dealer and food service manager permits or certificates, Form 1295, Form W-9, required online attributes and certifications, and three to five school district or higher-education customer references. Awards may be made to multiple vendors for an approved vendor list, with purchases made on an as-needed or annual basis. The proposal remains effective from award through October 31, 2028, with rolling reviews and awards during the term; the final date for consideration under this solicitation is August 14, 2028.
