Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting firm-fixed-price laundry and linen services for the 9th Reconnaissance Wing at Beale Air Force Base. The contractor must provide personnel, facilities, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and all other resources needed to pick up, process, package, and return government-owned linens and textiles. Items include sheets, pillowcases, blankets, mattress pads and covers, towels, washcloths, bath mats, bedspreads or comforters, and shop towels across lodging, maintenance, aircraft maintenance, and aircrew readiness operations. Services include scheduled pickup and delivery, secure separation of soiled and clean items, counting and custody tickets, sanitation and quality controls, specified folding, wrapping, bundling, and finishing, re-cleaning of unsatisfactory items, replacement or reimbursement for lost or damaged items, and approximately twice-yearly emergency turnaround within 24 hours. The base period runs from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with four annual option periods, the final one ending June 1, 2032. The quotation must include a five-page-or-less scheduling plan, past-performance information for one to three relevant contracts with associated CPARS, completed pricing in the SF 1449, and required representations and certifications.
