Description
This Request for Information concerns a potential consolidated service contract supporting the 75th Force Support Squadron at Hill Air Force Base. The anticipated scope includes commercial laundering and dry-cleaning of lodging linens, hospitality and banquet textiles, work uniforms, industrial protective clothing, towels, mops, and shop towels; rental, fitting, maintenance, repair, replacement, and weekly exchange of technician uniforms; floor mat and mop rental and exchange; ambient air-freshener dispenser service; and recurring first-aid cabinet and vehicle-kit inspection and replenishment. The contractor would furnish personnel, commercial laundry facilities, equipment, chemicals, transportation, rental inventory, lockers, hampers, safety containers, dispensers, and related supplies. Services would cover four installation activities and require scheduled pickup and delivery, manifest reconciliation, biohazard handling, minor garment repairs, environmental and safety compliance, quality control, and separate activity billing. The anticipated structure is a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods and an additional six-month extension option.
