Email contracts@mesc.org Pursuant to the provisions in the Arizona procurement rules and code, Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc. seeks proposals to establish contracts for Grocery: In-Store Purchasing or Direct Online Order. To be considered, proposals shall be electronically submitted, via OpenGov Procurement, prior to the specified due date and time. Proposals shall be opened immediately following the proposal due date and time, with the name of each offeror publicly listed via OpenGov Procurement. Late offers shall not be considered. This solicitation consists of instructions to offerors, scope of work, specifications, evaluation requirements, special terms and conditions, general terms and conditions, pricing workbook, award criteria, offer and acceptance form, and form of contract. Offerors are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire contents of this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Description
Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc. is soliciting proposals from vendors to provide grocery, household, kitchen, health and beauty, and general-use products for approximately 488 public-agency members throughout Arizona. Members may purchase in stores, order online for in-store pickup, or arrange local store delivery or direct delivery. Vendors may propose alternate manufacturers and products that meet the stated quality and performance requirements. The cooperative may award contracts for all or part of the scope to one or more vendors. The reported survey volume of $8,151,000 reflects anticipated interest from 55 members; it is not a budget, guaranteed volume, or minimum or maximum spend. The contract term is one year, with four potential one-year extensions. Vendors must submit the completed pricing workbook in unlocked Excel format, along with applicable price files, price lists, or catalogs. Proposals must also address the vendor’s project plan, online ordering capabilities, in-store purchasing, pickup and delivery processes, company qualifications, and past performance. The 1% administration fee is included in offered prices.
