Description
Clark County School District is soliciting bids to establish a supplier and spending authorization for potential purchases of instructional and administrative furniture for schools and departments throughout the District. Requested commodities include outdoor lounge furniture, chairs, tables and picnic tables, benches, umbrellas, waste receptacles, and related furniture and accessories. The submission requires completed bid tables, additional labor-rate information, furniture specification literature, color sample specification options, a signed bid with signature page, and a supplier packet including a W-9, Public Disclosure Form, Supplier Application Update Form, Supplier Contact List Designation Form, and Supplier Federal 2CFR200 Certification Form. Proposals should be submitted electronically through Euna Procurement, formerly Bonfire, using the District's bidding portal.
