Salem-Keizer School District 24J is soliciting bids for the replacement of stairs at Chapman Hill Elementary School. The project involves demolition and disposal of exterior stairs and railings, replacement with new stairs, some concrete work, and some landscaping. A mandatory pre-bid and site walk will be held on June 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM PT at Chapman Hill Elementary School. Bids must be submitted online by June 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM PT.
