Description
The State of Oregon, Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Services, is soliciting bids for the Data Center Roof Replacement project. This project involves the demolition and replacement of approximately 45,680 square feet of roofing system on the State Data Center building located at 530 Airport Road SE, Salem, OR 97301. The work includes tear-off and replacement of the SBS modified bituminous roof membrane, insulation, cover board, parapet and curb sheathing, metal flashing, and skylights. Additionally, the project requires the fabrication and installation of fall protection tie-off anchors. This is a Public Improvement project subject to specific Oregon Revised Statutes and State of Oregon Buy America requirements.
