Description
The City of Gervais, Oregon's Public Works Department is soliciting bids for the 1st Street Improvements project. The scope of work includes approximately 17,750 square feet of pavement repair and extension, installation of approximately 2,425 square feet of sidewalk, 480 linear feet of curb and gutter, three driveway sections, two catch basins, and 40 linear feet of 12-inch concrete storm drain, along with pavement markings. The project also involves water meter relocation and sign relocation. Bids must be submitted digitally in PDF format via email to deborah.renteria@tetratech.com by 2:00 pm on July 1, 2026. The timestamp on the receiving computer will determine the precise bid opening time. First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statements are due by email no later than 4:00 PM on the same date. The work will be subject to State Prevailing Wage Rates. Bidders must be licensed by the Construction Contractors Board. A bid bond of at least five percent (5%) of the bid amount is required.
