Description
The Oregon Department of Corrections is soliciting bids for the CCCF Boiler Replacement project. This project involves replacing the existing boiler system at the CCCF facility. All relevant documents, including specifications and drawings, are available for download through OREGONBUYS. Bidders are responsible for bringing all documentation to the mandatory pre-bid meeting. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on June 25, 2026, at 9:00 AM Local Time. The meeting will take place at 24499 SW Grahams Ferry Road, Wilsonville, OR 97070. Attendance at this meeting and site visit is required for all bidders. General Contractors are strongly encouraged to bring their subcontractors and suppliers, as a second site visit may not be available.
