Description
This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for laboratory supplies for the Indian Health Service, Western Oregon Service Unit, located in Salem, Oregon. The requirement includes a comprehensive list of laboratory supplies for various testing needs, such as chemistry, hematology, molecular, microbiology, COVID-19/antigen testing, urinalysis, point-of-care testing, coagulation, and phlebotomy. Supplies are to be provided on an as-needed basis, with a delivery timeframe of 10 business days after order. The anticipated period of performance includes a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, totaling a potential 5-year contract. The place of delivery and performance is the Chemawa Indian Health Center. This requirement is set aside exclusively for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) under the Buy Indian Act.
