Description
The state of Oregon, through CIS (a public entity risk pool providing insurance and risk management services to Oregon cities and counties), is seeking offers for a one-time Dependent Eligibility Verification Audit (DEVA). This audit will cover approximately 19,000 dependents enrolled in the employee benefits programs provided by CIS to its member employers. The scope of work includes conducting a full dependent verification audit, with options for ongoing dependent verification services to be priced separately. Proposers are expected to demonstrate a commitment to superior partnership and delivery of best-in-market member services. The audit process will involve verifying dependent eligibility, requiring employees to submit documentation, and handling discrepancies and appeals. Proposers should also detail their use of automation and technology, customization options, reporting capabilities, and data security measures. The selected vendor will enter into a written agreement with CIS, subject to Oregon law.
