Description
Clackamas County is soliciting proposals for comprehensive collateral fulfillment and storage services. The selected contractor will be responsible for processing and mailing printed materials such as travel planners and newsletters, managing postage, supporting printing needs, storing inventory, and providing monthly reporting. The services are intended to support the Clackamas County Office of Tourism's mission to develop and promote tourism opportunities within the county. The scope of work includes handling lead data securely, processing bulk mailings to various destinations, managing postage costs, and supporting printing requirements. The contractor will also be responsible for storing and managing inventory, which is expected to include approximately 8-12 pallets of materials at any given time. Reporting on fulfillment activities, inventory levels, and lead data will be required monthly. The contract term is from the effective date through June 30, 2031.
