Description
Deschutes County is seeking a qualified medical sponsor for the La Pine School-Based Health Center. The selected contractor will provide or coordinate medical care and may provide behavioral health and dental services through a mutually agreed-upon service model involving the school district. Services must be delivered using a youth-centered model, be available to all students regardless of ability to pay, comply with nondiscrimination requirements, and reasonably accommodate clients' cultural, language, and other special needs, including limited English proficiency. Proposals must be submitted through the Deschutes County BidLocker Portal, and proposers must register online when retrieving the official RFP packet.
