Description
The City of Charleston seeks a single qualified vendor for comprehensive pre-employment screening services for DOT and non-DOT positions. The scope includes background investigations such as criminal, civil, sex-offender, motor-vehicle, sanctions, education, employment, license, credit, Social Security number, and DOT-related checks; drug testing with split specimens and Medical Review Officer review; general and CDL physical examinations; vision screening; and Mantoux tuberculosis testing. The vendor must provide secure web-based access, Workday HRIS integration, electronic records, reporting and analytics, customer support, and defined turnaround standards. Proposals must address implementation, technology and security, compliance with applicable laws and standards, staffing and credentials, facilities and hours, pricing, references, and required forms and attachments. The initial agreement term is one year, with up to four additional one-year extensions.
