Description
The United States Space Force requires a contractor to furnish and install an AMAG Symmetry or functionally equivalent intrusion detection system for Rooms 120, 160, and 163 in Building 2025. The scope includes system design, equipment and materials, controllers, sensors, keypads, alarm panels, network switches, fiber and cabling, conduit, power supplies, backup power, programming, configuration, integration with the existing access-control and base alarm systems, testing, and troubleshooting. The system must support alarm reporting to the 21st Security Forces Squadron, supervised and encrypted communications, applicable security and industry standards, and Trade Agreements Act and NDAA Section 889 compliance. The contractor must provide technical documentation for any equal products, including compatibility information and descriptive literature, a one-year warranty, a project plan before physical work begins, and final as-built drawings, equipment records, test results, and a critical-failure response plan. Work is to occur during approved weekday hours, with daily cleanup and government-provided security escorts as needed. The resulting award is a firm-fixed-price purchase order, and the solicitation is a 100% small-business set-aside.
