Description
The Virginia Department of Veterans Services is soliciting unsealed bids to establish a contract for fire and security alarm services at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery. The scope includes annual fire and security alarm monitoring, service-call labor, annual routine inspections of emergency lights, signs, motion sensors, and security alarm systems, and turnkey replacement or installation of obsolete, outdated, defective, or incompatible equipment. Monitoring must support the potential future addition of camera viewing and video recording services, and the contractor must provide pricing for future equipment installations or replacements if requested. The contract is for one year with four optional one-year renewals. A mandatory site visit is required before bidding. Bidders must submit pricing for annual monitoring, service-call labor, routine inspections, and obsolete equipment replacements, and must provide at least four current or recent similar customer accounts in the Offeror Data Sheet.
