Description
The USDA Forest Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to modify HVAC systems at the Soda Springs District Office. Work includes selective demolition of 12 modulating dampers and associated thermostats, demolition of three furnace-room control modules, connection of one new programmable thermostat to each of three furnaces, and rebalancing all diffusers. The contractor must provide detailed technical information demonstrating its ability to perform the work, identify any requirements it cannot meet, and submit pricing for every schedule-of-items line. The work includes certified testing, adjusting, and balancing by a qualified AABC-, NEBB-, or TABB-certified entity, along with required testing and balancing reports and operation and maintenance documentation. The solicitation states a base bid contract time of 30 calendar days and a period of performance from October 12, 2026, through March 31, 2027.
