Description
The City of Pocatello is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Centennial-Rainey Levee Setback and Ecosystem Enhancement Project. The work includes levee improvements along the Portneuf River and improvements at Rainey Park and Centennial Park. The project is federally funded through the U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation and must comply with applicable federal funding requirements, Idaho procurement law, City purchasing policies, and 2 CFR 200. Disadvantaged business enterprises, minority-owned businesses, and women-owned businesses are especially encouraged to apply. Bidding documents and addenda will be available through the designated city website, and prospective bidders are urged to register as plan holders. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required.
