Description
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management is soliciting Stage II bids from contractors already prequalified under the applicable Stage I contractor prequalification and listed on DFCM's current prequalified contractors list. The project involves replacing an emergency generator at the Administrative Office of the Courts' Logan Court facility, with an estimated construction cost of $165,000. Bids must be submitted through the online procurement portal by completing the online BidTable, uploading a required bid bond, answering the required contractor and business information questions, and finalizing the submission in the portal. A subcontractors list must also be emailed to dfcmcontracts@utah.gov by the solicitation deadline. The solicitation references DFCM general conditions, approved plans and specifications, and a hazardous-materials survey.
