North Logan City and Hyde Park City are soliciting sealed bids for the Cub River Wetland Mitigation Site Project. The project generally includes the construction of wetland emergent marsh, woody riparian, and pond areas; a flood control berm; culverts with flap gates; a culvert with control gate; a rail fence; landscape seeding; landscape shrub and tree planting; and placing fill material in farm field areas. Bids will be in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by BIO-WEST Inc. Copies of the Contract Documents will be available on August 17, 2026, at the office of the Owner's Representative located at 1063 W 1400 N, Logan, Utah 84321 (BIO-WEST office). Digital pdf copies will also be available. A non-mandatory pre-bid tour will be held on August 31 at 10 a.m. local time.
