The U.S. Department of Agriculture is seeking 300 50-pound bags, equivalent to six pallets, of Wilbur-Ellis 2% Carbaryl Pelletized Bait (Sevin Bait 2%, EPA Registration No. 2935-556) for grasshopper and Mormon cricket treatments. The quotation must cover the complete requirement, and the product must be new and meet the specified brand, manufacturer, and product requirements; alternate or equal products will not be considered. The contractor must deliver the bait to USDA APHIS PPQ at 2281 W. Heyrend Way, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83402. Delivery must occur between September 30, 2026, and March 1, 2027, during the facility's stated receiving hours. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside, and award is anticipated as a firm-fixed-price purchase order based on the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation with acceptable or neutral past performance.
