Description
The City of Ammon is soliciting proposals from qualified facilities maintenance companies to provide on-call routine and preventive maintenance services, along with small and large maintenance repairs for City of Ammon buildings. The work is expected to be used primarily for routine and preventive maintenance, and companies may submit multiple bids, with each bid evaluated independently. The selected contractor is anticipated to begin providing services as needed no later than November 16, 2026. The bid document packet may be obtained electronically or in hard copy from the City Clerk by email or in person at Ammon City Hall.
