This subcontracting opportunity covers the CUNY Baruch College South Campus Boilers and Asbestos Abatement project at the South Campus. The requested scope includes asbestos abatement, boiler breeching, concrete, demolition, duct work, electrical and fire alarm work, HVAC, insulation, masonry, painting, plumbing, and related building construction and rehabilitation. Boilermatic Welding Industries, Inc. is requesting proposals from Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business contractors. Participation goals are 18% Minority Business Enterprise, 12% Women's Business Enterprise, and 6% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business. The contract term runs from the notice to proceed through March 31, 2028.
