Description
The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation is soliciting construction services to reconstruct the East River Esplanade seawall between East 36th and East 38th Streets in Manhattan. The procurement is categorized under building construction, rehabilitation and new construction, and highways and roadways maintenance, repair and new construction. Bid submissions must be submitted through NYC PASSPort. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 19, 2026, and the bid opening is scheduled for November 2, 2026. Solicitation documents, including drawings if applicable, are available through NYC PASSPort to vendors with a NYC ID account and login. The procurement is subject to Section 6-129 of the New York City Administrative Code and technical qualification requirements.
