Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 350 semaphore signal flags, NSN 8345-00-946-7899, made from red and yellow acrylic bunting with a 1-foot-6-inch hoist and 1-foot fly, Type III, Class 1 heading. The flags must comply with MIL-DTL-2692, Drawing 16696-20A, applicable DLA packaging requirements, MIL-STD-129 marking, and the stated inspection and quality requirements. The quotation must account for firm-fixed-price supply, destination inspection and acceptance, domestic-origin components under the Berry Amendment, and manufacture by a vendor certified by The Institute of Heraldry. Two first article samples are required within 30 calendar days after award unless the Government grants a waiver; production delivery is listed as 227 days after award. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside.
