Description
Muhlenberg Township is soliciting sealed bids for rehabilitation of the pickleball court at the newly paved area at 401 Darby Avenue. The work includes installation of a sport-court latex system, preparation, binder patching, resurfacing, sport coatings, and line painting. Bidders must submit 10% bid security. The bidder and all subcontractors must be qualified for the specified work, and qualification documentation identified in Article 3 of the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted with the bid. The successful bidder must execute the agreement and provide performance and payment bonds, as well as evidence of insurance required by the contract documents. Pennsylvania prevailing-wage and applicable nondiscrimination requirements apply.
