Submission Instructions
Description
The Borough of Leesport is soliciting bids for the PIB Loan Street Improvements Project, Contract No. 1. The work includes furnishing materials, roadway milling, roadway overlay for approximately 32,000 square yards, and approximately 1,000 tons of leveling course on or along borough-owned streets. Bids must be submitted online through the PennBid Program; paper bids will not be accepted. Bid security is required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, and performance and payment security equal to 100% of the contract amount is required. Pennsylvania wage rates apply.
