Description
Berks County is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to serve as the backbone organization for the Reading Berks Health Coalition and Advisory Committee. The selected vendor will provide strategic leadership, coalition formation, stakeholder mapping and engagement, facilitation, governance development, priority setting, communications and information infrastructure, administrative support, and sustainability planning. The work includes developing a coalition website and communications strategy; engaging healthcare, public health, nonprofit, governmental, educational, faith-based, business, and resident stakeholders; establishing advisory and governance structures; reviewing community health assessments and strategic plans; organizing at least one significant public-facing Year One deliverable or activity; and developing a three- to five-year sustainability plan and funding roadmap. Proposals must include technical and price components, implementation plans, staffing and organizational information, relevant project experience and references, financial information, conflict-of-interest information, required certifications, a sample certificate of insurance, and the County's specified forms and affidavits.
