Description
The University of Texas at Austin is seeking qualified vendors to provide technical review services, with the detailed scope described in Section 1 of the Request for Qualifications. Required qualifications materials include a cover letter; statements of qualifications and availability; project-team capabilities; past representative-project performance; management procedures and methods; forward-looking strategies and designs; and the ability to identify and resolve problems on past projects. The submission also requires administrative responses, execution of the offer, responses to specified appendices, a VetHUB subcontracting plan, company and financial information, ownership disclosure, and a customer reference list of at least three similar organizations served within the past five years. Required uploaded files must be submitted as PDF files where specified; portal text responses are limited to 2,000 characters, and uploaded files may not exceed 1,000 MB or contain embedded documents.
