Description
Austin Transit Partnership is seeking a qualified, SEC-registered investment adviser that is also registered with the Texas State Securities Board to provide non-discretionary investment advisory and administrative services. The scope includes management of operating and tax-exempt bond funds within ATP's Investment Policy; cash-flow modeling; securities purchase and sale support; broker/dealer due diligence; credit monitoring; market assessments; monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting; investment-policy review; and presentations to ATP management and its Board of Directors. The adviser must follow the Prudent Expert standard and will not provide custodial services or take possession of ATP funds or securities. Responses must address company qualifications, personnel, investment-management approach, accounting and reporting, experience and references, proposed fees, required forms and certifications, and any applicable contract exceptions. The portfolio currently exceeds $500 million, and the anticipated contract structure is a five-year base term with up to two additional one-year option terms. Amendment 1 clarifies that the two-page Executive Summary Letter is included within the 25-page SOQ limit, requires specified client-reference information, corrects the procurement contact email address, and changes the submission deadline to September 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time.
